Dave Docimo - Director

Dave often says, “People form ideas and make decisions based on emotion. The only way to influence someone is to tap into that". He is ambitious in his pursuit of creating emotionally charged content. Dave's commitment to bringing an excellent story to life knows no bounds, and he is fearless, even a little crazy, in his approach. He creates every frame with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering determination to bring big ideas to life.

Chris Weatherly - Director

Chris Weatherly grew up in Kentucky and resides in Indiana, but refuses to call himself a "Hoosier." After working as a photojournalist, Chris became an arts director for a non-profit. He used film to tell people's life changing stories as well as creative short films. Chris' unique style blurs the lines between narrative and documentary storytelling. He's also passionate about striking visuals and emotionally driven stories.

Matthew Martin - Producer

Matthew has an eclectic background of experience. He spent nine years touring the country with a signed rock band and then settled into owning his own business. He jumped into the film world as a grip. After showing a great deal of skill Matthew took on producing. With his high relational capacity and the logistical skills of a Ninja he's become the go to producer for Wavelength Films.

Jordan is on a life-long journey for the perfect melody.  As an artist, he aims to creatively blend classic, contemporary, and progressive musical pieces that compliment these remarkable visual stories. With each story and character, he meticulously writes themes & movements that he hopes will elicit deep emotional responses in viewers. Jordan’s collaboration with Wavelength Films has also seen success with an array of awards and proven client satisfaction.
